CONTEXT

Marketing runs in-person events across cities and wants to know what's working: was it the SDR follow-up, the AE relationship, the email blast, or something else? Without an answer, the next event budget is a guess.

BUILD

For every attendee, the tool looks back over the months leading up to the event and finds the last meaningful touch before they registered, and again before they showed up.Each touch maps to a category like SDR, AE, Account Manager, Partners, or one of the marketing email tracks.The result is a per-attendee story and an event-level breakdown of what's pulling people in.

RESULT

Marketing now sees, per event, which channels drove registrations versus which ones got people through the door.Reruns are fast, evidence is auditable, and adding a new event is a one-line config change.
